partiellement le retour sanguin. La cause d\u2019une thrombose veineuse profonde est la plupart du temps une combinaison d\u2019une circulation sanguine ralentie, d\u2019une composition d\u00e9favorable du sang et, dans de rares cas, de l\u00e9sions aux parois internes des veines.<\/p><p>La thrombose veineuse n\u2019est pas toujours d\u00e9tect\u00e9e tout de suite. De nombreux patients n\u2019ont pas de douleurs ou seulement des sympt\u00f4mes insignifiants. Lorsqu\u2019un gonflement soudain de la jambe ainsi que des douleurs aig\u00fces et des durcissements du mollet surviennent, il faut consulter un m\u00e9decin pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019existence d\u2019une thrombose veineuse profonde. Une thrombose veineuse profonde peut entra\u00eener des complications. De nombreux patients souffrent de s\u00e9quelles, notamment d\u2019une embolie pulmonaire, qui se produit souvent sans sympt\u00f4mes, mais qui peut mettre la vie en danger. Il y a aussi un risque de souffrir du syndrome post-thrombotique qui entra\u00eene des l\u00e9sions irr\u00e9parables aux valves profondes, qui impliquent une congestion chronique du reflux du sang dans le mollet de la jambe affect\u00e9e par la thrombose.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>Le traitement des thromboses veineuses<\/strong><\/p><p>La thrombose veineuse profonde doit \u00eatre trait\u00e9e au moyen de m\u00e9dicaments anticoagulants qui dissolvent le caillot sanguin, suivis d\u2019une prophylaxie de la thrombose. Le port de bas de compression contribue de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9terminante au succ\u00e8s du traitement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
