Ulcus cruris) ist ein Geschw\u00fcr im Gewebe des Unterschenkels und entwickelt sich h\u00e4ufig zu einer tiefen, meist n\u00e4ssenden und schlecht heilenden Wunde. In den meisten F\u00e4llen werden offene Beine durch eine bestehende Venenkrankheit verursacht, zum Beispiel durch ein Krampfaderleiden oder eine Beinvenenthrombose. Auch eine krankhafte Ver\u00e4nderung der Arterien, etwa eine Arteriosklerose, kann ein offenes Bein nach sich ziehen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Offenes Bein behandeln<\/strong><\/p><p>Die Behandlung von offenen Beinen zielt zun\u00e4chst darauf ab, die Ursachen des Ulcus cruris zu beseitigen. H\u00e4ufig geht es darum, den gest\u00f6rten Blutr\u00fcckfluss in den Venen zu verbessern. Zudem muss die Wunde versorgt, gereinigt und desinfiziert werden.<\/p><p>H\u00e4ufig kommt bei der Behandlung eines offenen Beines die Kompressionstherapie zur Anwendung. Dadurch wird der Druck in den Venen verringert und der Blutfluss wieder normalisiert. Ein weiterer Aspekt der Therapie k\u00f6nnen operative Eingriffe sein. Dabei lassen sich zum Beispiel Krampfadern operativ entfernen oder ver\u00f6den (Sklerosierungstherapie).<\/p><p>Bei der Wundbehandlung kommen in der Regel sogenannte feuchte Wundauflagen zum Einsatz. Diese Auflagen verhindern das Eintreten von Krankheitserregern und Schmutz in die Wunde und f\u00f6rdern die Regeneration der umliegenden Haut.
