behindert wird. Ursache der tiefen Beinvenenthrombose ist zumeist eine Kombination aus einem verlangsamten Blutfluss, einer ung\u00fcnstigen Blutzusammensetzung und \u2013 in selteneren F\u00e4llen \u2013 Sch\u00e4digungen der Veneninnenwand.<\/p><p>Nicht immer wird eine Beinthrombose sofort erkannt. Viele Betroffene haben keine Beschwerden oder nur geringf\u00fcgige Symptome. Wenn sich jedoch eine pl\u00f6tzlich auftretende Schwellung des Beins sowie akute Schmerzen und Verh\u00e4rtungen in der Wade zeigen, sollte ein Arzt zu Rate gezogen werden, um abzukl\u00e4ren, ob eine tiefe Beinvenenthrombose vorliegt.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Beinvenenthrombose behandeln<\/strong><\/p><p>Eine tiefe Beinvenenthrombose kann zu Komplikationen f\u00fchren. Viele Patienten erleiden als Folgeerkrankung eine Lungenembolie. Diese verl\u00e4uft zwar h\u00e4ufig symptomfrei, kann aber auch lebensgef\u00e4hrliche Ausmasse annehmen. Zudem besteht die Gefahr, ein postthrombotisches Syndrom zu erleiden.
